Donate at McDonald’s

Every time you visit a McDonald’s restaurant, choose “Round-Up for RMHC” when you order from a kiosk, or ask to “Round-Up” your total when placing your order at the counter or drive-thru. Doing so will raise your total to the nearest dollar, and the extra cents applied will be donated directly to support RMHC families.

A few cents dropped in a donation box might not feel like much, but when millions of McDonald’s customers give at thousands of restaurants around the world, spare change adds up to help hundreds of thousands of families around the world. In 2019, over $27 million US dollars in small change was donated by McDonald’s customers alone. Most McDonald’s restaurants in the US and around the world feature RMHC Donation Boxes inside or in the drive-thru window year-round.

Every time you purchase a Happy Meal at McDonald’s restaurant, five cents are donated to support RMHC programs and services, including Ronald McDonald Houses, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, and Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles.
