Social Media Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator is a creative and detail-oriented individual and will manage and execute all social media components for RMHC CTMA. This role will be responsible for implementing our communications calendar, creating engaging content, interacting with followers and aligned organizations and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The role aims to promote the organization’s visibility and engage key audiences such as the general public, guest families, volunteers, donors, and board members, while ensuring brand compliance with RMHC Global guidelines.

Maintenance Supervisor - Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut

Reporting to the Program Director, maintenance staff will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair, complete service requests, and oversee preventative maintenance of the RMH Connecticut in an efficient and timely manner.

Guest Service Associate - Ronald McDonald House of Springfield

Reporting to the Program Director or Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Associate (GSA) is responsible for delivering the highest standards of hospitality to all guest families staying at our House programs, and for overseeing the program in the absence of full-time staff.

Reporting to the Program Director or Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Associate (GSA) is responsible for delivering the highest standards of hospitality to all guest families staying at our House programs, and for overseeing the program in the absence of full-time staff.

Financial Director

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Director will be responsible for the financial management of the organization, assist in financial planning for RMHC CTMA, manage third party accounting vendors, and the RMHC CTMA 403 (B) program.

While overseeing day-to-day fiscal operations and benefit packages, the Finance Director will work closely with other senior leaders, staff, and the finance committee in support of the organization’s mission. The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial management of RMHC CTMA.
