Since January, 1991, when the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield opened its doors, families have been able to travel the short distance from area medical facilities to a comfortable homelike environment. We’re here when you need us…

We’re sustained by love…
Built by the significant contributions of organizations, businesses and individuals in the Western Massachusetts community, the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield is sustained by the generous and continuing support of the community. Since we are not supported by any one organization, we welcome gifts of any size to the non-profit Ronald McDonald House of Springfield.

House Facilities

In addition to twenty-two spacious private bedrooms, each with it’s own private bath, families may prepare their meals in the large kitchen and share their experiences in the large dining room, TV room, playroom, laundry room and library.

How Much Does It Cost

Families are asked to make a donation of $15 per night, but this may be reduced or waived if necessary.

Guest Registration

To make arrangements for referral, families should contact a social worker or staff member at the facility treating the child.

WE’RE HERE WHEN YOU NEED US MOST

When children need medical treatment and the hospital is a distance away, the last thing a family needs to worry about is a place to stay. That’s why the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, MA® is here. Close to the hospital, affordable for everyone, filled with love, staffed by caring volunteers ready to assist in finding the support systems a family may need during a difficult time.
