My daughter, Miracle, was born at 23 weeks, weighing 1lbs 4oz. We stayed In the NICU for 4 months. When I first saw my baby, I was in tears – afraid she would die. The NICU nurses were at her side consistently and I was so impressed with their dedication to my daughter. During our stay, we were offered the opportunity to stay at the Ronald McDonald House.
RMH staff offered us guidance and support throughout our stay and their consistent support was well beyond what we expected. Understandably, this was one of the most stressful moments in our lives. When we arrived at the Ronald McDonald House, everything was organized from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Sal and I express our deepest thanks and appreciation for their care and support.
